About Me

Hello. I’m Katie.

I’m an avid learner of new things, which has led me to consider career paths from teaching high school Spanish to moving to Manhattan to be a bohemian writer/musician and everything in between. Somewhere in there I settled on figuring it out as I go along, which has proven to be both satisfying and fun. In the meantime I’ve managed to work in retail, marketing, fitness instruction, and a few others–all while working towards various degrees. My bachelor’s is in speech therapy, and I have a master’s in rehab counseling.

Right now I’m enjoying the freedom of routine, working in an office and spending my free time skating with my derby team.
